May Meditation Challenge

I’m challenging (inviting sounds nicer) myself to meditate for at least 5 minutes every single day during the month of May and I would love for you to join me! It can be any type of meditation… guided meditation, mantra meditation, breathing meditation… whatever feels the most comfortable to you! If you need ideas, send me a message and I can point you in the right direction! You can also check out my previous post with my tips for a magical meditation!

You can follow along with my progress and join in on the fun on Instagram (follow me @mandeewlee) where I’ll be posting in my Stories. If you want to participate, you can also post in your feed or on your stories using the hashtag #meditatewithmandee. Don’t forget to tag me!
