As different and unique as we all are, we still basically need the same things to thrive, yet many people aren’t. We need movement and proper nutrition to support optimal health, as well as loving relationships and positive environments. As simple as this sounds, the reality is that most people struggle daily with their health for a variety of reasons. Today’s world can feel complicated and it’s hard to know fact from fiction when it comes to diet, exercise, and healthy living. It can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be.
With a coach like me in your corner who is just as invested in your success as you are, your chances of reaching your health and wellness goals are significantly higher. We all need support and accountability and someone to really listen to us with no preconceived notions or judgements. That is exactly what I am here to do. When it comes to our health, we often miss the forest for the trees and then get frustrated when we don’t reach our goals. Not anymore. Together, we will take a “big picture” approach to bring balance to all areas of your life, figuring out where you could really use the most help and what we can do about it as a team.

My Coaching Program
My clients have two pre-scheduled 60-minute sessions with me per month for six months, either in person or via an online or mobile platform such as Skype, Zoom or even FaceTime. Online coaching allows me to accept clients from anywhere, not just Houston. Clients also receive weekly check-ins through email or text between our longer sessions. Over the course of these 12 sessions, we will cover what was outlined above: goals, action steps, support… rinse and repeat. Breaking things out into bite-sized chunks (pun slightly intended), reduces the overwhelm that tends to accompany lifestyle changes. Each client’s program is completely unique and personalized to their specific needs and goals.
Six months gives enough time to make changes gradually for a greater chance of long-term success. It also allows for the possibility of disruptions, roadblocks and everything else the universe tends to toss our way when we’re trying to implement new habits or routines. With this format, you will be able to take on those challenges with someone by your side rather than trying to face it all on your own, which can feel like too much to handle and cause major backsliding. The investment for a personalized six-month program is $900 ($150/month) and can be split into two payments of $450, paid before the first and sixth sessions.
